What we pressure clean
Brick paved and concrete driveways, limestone and liquid limestone, exposed aggregate, patios and alfresco areas, pool surrounds, paths, retaining walls and rendered walls. For commercial premises, shopfronts, footpaths, car parks and bin areas. If it is a hard outdoor surface that has gone grey or green, it is on the list.
How it goes
The surface is swept and weeds in the joints treated first. We then clean with a rotary surface cleaner rather than a bare wand, which is what stops the striping you see on badly done driveways. Edges, steps and stubborn spots are done by hand. Paving joints can be re-sanded afterwards if you want them topped up, and we hose down the surrounds before we leave.
Mould, tyre marks and rust
Black mould on the shaded side of a driveway, tyre marks near the garage door and rust drips from fittings and furniture all lift with the right approach. Some deep rust and old oil staining is permanent, and we will tell you honestly what will and will not come out before we start rather than after.
Sealing and keeping it clean
Sealing paving after a clean slows mould and makes the next clean easier and cheaper. It is optional and quoted separately. Most Perth driveways look their best with a clean every one to two years, sooner on the shaded side of the house. Decks are covered under deck sanding and oiling.
