Leaking joins and downpipes
Most gutter leaks in Perth are at the joins, the stop ends and where the downpipe meets the gutter. We clean the join back, reseal it with a proper gutter sealant and refix any downpipe that has pulled away from the wall or split at the elbow. Water then goes down the pipe instead of down the brickwork.
Sagging gutters and loose brackets
A gutter that holds water after rain has usually dropped between brackets. We re-bracket the section, reset the fall so it drains to the downpipe and replace any brackets that have rusted through. Short damaged runs are replaced with matching Colorbond.
